Alan is the founder of the Company and an electrical contractor with over 35 years' experience in the electrical industry. He started the company in 2003 and has since built a highly successful business providing services in electrical, designing and specialised services throughout Perth metropolitan area.
Alan has been responsible for the management of many large projects in the commercial sector for 20 years and over the past 15 years, in specialised area of large commercial construction projects.
Since the establishing Team Electrical Services, Alan has continued to create a core management team of specialists with the ability to service all areas of the electrical industry. His proactive planning and consultation with clients and consultants has led to a very positive response from the market. His experience encompasses work with clients such as State Governemnt Departments, Architects, Builders, Developers and leading Engineering and Design consultants.
Alan was appointed as NECA WA President in 2014 - 2016. As an Ex NECA WA President, National Council delegate and National Executive member, he brings a wealth of experience in cultivating partnerships and other commercial relationships.
Shay has worked in the electrical industry for over 15 years, gaining experience in hands on electrical installations, estimating, electrical & lighting design, management, and business development.
As business development manager he is passionate about progressing the culture and growth of the company. Through his commitment to this role, he has also contributed to the development and implementation of the company's system and processes. He is commited to look after our stakeholders to achieve long term success between all parties.
In his current position with the company, he is working closely in the management team on strategy development and making key decisions on estimation submissions.
With dedication to continued improvement, Shay is regularly taking part in multiple professional development courses. He has recently completed NECA's Business Essentials Program and project management course.
Thep has worked in the electrical industry for over 13 years and is experienced in all aspects of the electrical trade. His experience as Electrical estimator & Project manager has given him wide range of knowledge into the industry.
He has completed Master of Engineering Management with Curtin University in 2007. With his engineering background he is able to work on highly technical tasks.
His project management portfolio includes shopping centre, industrial warehouse, and luxury residential. He enjoys designing in general as his interest. With his designing skills, he has achieved high satisfactory for client on their projects. His qualifications and ongoing training give him the competitive edge of creative and critical problem-solving skills.
Jason has over 18 years' experience in the electrical industry. He has been responsible for supervising and managing many large projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. Working closely with clients, subcontractors and consultants, Jason has helped Team Electrical Services with many successful projects. He has the ability to build a successful team and produce award winning projects with energy efficient lighting design.
His portfolio includes Government School, Apartments, Nursing Homes, Shopping Centres including Coles and Woolworths, many warehouse and industrial projects throughout WA.
Rob oversees all business aspects of our Service Division and minor works projects. Rob has been with Team Electrical since the company started in 2003. With over 15 years of proven experience in the electrical industry, Rob has wide array of knowledge and experience in commercial electrical developments and integrated solutions.
His team has completed a large variety of projects including shopping centres, hospitals, industrial warehouses, luxury residential homes, pedestrian bridges, and several sports lighting projects. He always enjoys working in a job that challenges him both personnally and professionally.
Rob is devoted to ensuring that Team Electrical continues to provide opportunities for apprentices to learn from our experienced tradesman and supervisors.
Lydia, a qualified Certified Practising Accountant, she has over 13 years' experience in the accounting profession with various industries in Australia and Malaysia.
She is responsible for managing all areas of financial accounting activities for the company. As part of the management team, she is actively involved in the development and implementation of budgets and key financial decisions to pursue growth & sustainability and meeting stakeholder's expectations.
